A Bit About Me
Welcome to Glow Fitness Ltd. Let me introduce myself. I am Beth Volk, a wife, and mother of two young children. I moved to Fort McMurray in 2008 and two years ago decided to make my love of fitness and corrective movement into a career. I have a 400 square foot gym in my home and I am currently accepting new clients. I offer private personal training sessions, as well as semi-private sessions. I am a canfitpro certified Personal Training Specialist and a Postpartum and Pregnancy Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am all about moving and living an active lifestyle pain free! I am very excited to take you on this journey and share my knowledge while also learning from you!

Whether you chose to work out at home or in a gym I will be there every step of the way. I will assess your posture and movement to decide on the best workouts to reach your goals. By using the app, Trainerize you will have a program that will keep you on track while you make your own path.
Postpartum Exercise Rehab
Need help feeling physically better after baby? I can help with Diastasis and Pelvic Floor issues. I look at posture, movement, breathing, core and hips to help you feel your best. It doesn't matter how far postpartum you are, 6 weeks, 5 years, 10 or 20 years - I can help with physical issues that arise with pregnancy.
