What's included?
-3 Movement Assessments. You will be asked to submit a variety of videos.
- Customized Online Program on ABC Trainerize App (minimal equipment required).
- 1 x Month 30 Minute Zoom Check In's.

Who is this best suited to?
✨Women who can carve out 15-30 minutes a day for themselves to work on their program.
✨Women who want to learn about their bodies and the "why".
✨Women who can take step back from current training program to build their foundation.
✨You don't have to be postpartum woman to join, you can have pelvic floor dysfunction without having had a pregnancy or baby.
This will be a small group, maximum 8 participants.

What to Expect?
1. You will be asked to submit a variety of different videos of your movement and breathing.
2. A custom workout plan will be created for you based on the submitted videos. The workouts can be as short or as long as what fits your lifestyle. I will provide a list of equipment you will need (minimal).
3. Every 4 weeks you will be asked to resubmit the videos. I will assess the videos for progress and changes.
4. Your custom workout plan will be updated based on the improvements you've made.
5. You will have an opportunity to schedule monthly zoom calls with me for help.
6. Support from me through the app will also be available.


We can discuss certain goals you may have. For example maybe you want to be able to run or jump without leaking or heaviness. Or maybe you just want to be able to laugh or sneeze without leaking.
I can keep these goals in mind when I create your program.
